The product included in this recall is the dark blue design with yellow trigger and top.
The impacted product can be identified by the manufacturing date code located on the body of the tool.
Any products where the last four digits are 2011 or prior are included in the recall.
Defect
The casting that attaches the exhaust port to the hand tool may break causing the exhaust port to detach.
Hazards
Poses a risk of injury.
What To Do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected Mastercraft 2-in-1 Nailer and return the product to their local Canadian Tire store for a refund.
